Hoopla Ink is located in Sioux Falls, SD at 3500 S Minnesota Ave right off of the I229 exit. Our artists provide a range of different styles and you can check out their online portfolios, found in the "our artists" section. MINORS
In order to tattoo minors (16 and 17 year olds), the following requirements must be met:

A biological parent must be physically present for the tattoo

Both parent AND minor must have photo IDs
-
In addition to the photo IDs, the minors birth certificate must also be provided so that we can track the provided ID back to the birth certificate
